Description:after infusing chakra into water manekis summoning nutty is able to control the water and has it automatically protect protect maneki.Nutty is able to do this only when he is summoned.This jutsu is a lot like garras sand jutsu except after a while it loses its chakra enhancement and need time to regain it.It lasts for 4 posts and takes 8 posts before it can be used again.
