| A treaty between the Hidden Leaf village of Fire country under Lord Hokage Naruto and Hidden Rock Village of Earth country under Lord Tsuchikage Utashi.
1. We shall help each other whatever there is a problem between our countries and solve it.
2. May train each others' genins, chuunins, jounins, and many other ninjas
3. Have Anbu and kage bodygaurds protect Hokage and Tsuchikage at times
4. Transport and trading allowed in and out.
5. Rock ninjas and Laef ninjas allowed to come in and out freely through the borders of the country and Konoha's World Barrier
6. When chuunin/Jounin Exams are setted up, Leaf and Rock shall go to either Rock's or Leaf's areas for the exams.
